Ramshaa Rayees graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from Manipal University in Dubai. Since then, she has worked with prestigious design studios, including HBA and MWM Studio in Dubai, before joining XBD Collective in 2023. Her experience has seen her excel in FF&E design, where she carefully curates materials, finishes, and furnishings to enhance both residential and commercial interiors.

Ramshaa’s expertise lies in her ability to source and select pieces that bring a unique flair to each project. She values the collaborative atmosphere at XBD Collective, which allows her to push creative boundaries and continuously improve her craft. Her work on notable projects both in UAE and India showcases her dedication to quality and innovation. In 2022, her work on a private residential project received a 'Highly Commended Award' at the Commercial Interior Design Awards, celebrating her thoughtful approach to design and commitment to excellence.
