The design vision for Spring Villa focused on delivering a space that fluidly connects indoors and outdoors, capturing a sense of openness and elegance. XBD Collective’s approach embraced the client’s desire for a serene, luxurious home, while also ensuring practicality for family life.
The villa’s open-plan layout, large windows, and neutral tones allow light to flow through the space, creating an airy and peaceful ambience. Emphasising bespoke design, the interiors evoke sophistication, comfort, and modern living, tailored to meet the family’s lifestyle.

XBD Collective executed the design vision by carefully selecting high-quality finishes and implementing a flexible layout to cater to the family’s dynamic needs. The U-shaped form allows for private outdoor spaces while promoting a sense of togetherness inside. Customised furnishings, carefully curated lighting solutions, and the use of earthy tones contribute to the villa’s luxurious yet welcoming atmosphere. Every aspect of the design—from spatial planning to furniture choices—was thoughtfully crafted to create a balance between aesthetics and functionality.
