Palm Crest Villa underwent a complete architectural transformation, reimagined from its original Nakheel design into a spacious, multi-family home on the Palm Jumeirah. The renovation extended the built-up area (BUA), creating larger, more functional spaces that cater to the client’s unique family needs.

XBD Collective designed with practicality and modernity in mind, incorporating expansive glazing for natural light and maximising the villa’s beachfront views. The new architecture emphasises both style and utility, turning this villa into a luxurious and functional family home.

The landscape design at Palm Crest Villa transforms the outdoor areas into inviting spaces that complement the villa’s elevated architecture. Lush, strategically placed greenery frames the villa’s beach views, while an infinity pool extends towards the horizon, creating a seamless connection to the waterfront.
