The architectural renovation focused on transforming the villa into a bright, open residence that balances contemporary aesthetics with the serene coastal charm of its surroundings. A triple-height entrance, full-height glazing, and strategic material choices like EIFS cladding and travertine create a striking first impression while enhancing energy efficiency.

The architecture combines the simplicity of tropical design with touches of Miami beach house style, providing expansive sea views from every major space. Key features include a VRF AC system, solar panels, and a temperature-controlled infinity pool, all aimed at ensuring comfort and sustainability.
The interiors of Casa del Sol exude a sense of calm and luxury, using a carefully selected neutral palette and premium materials that elevate the villa’s spacious, open-plan layout. Each room seamlessly flows into the next, with joinery elements and feature screens that define distinct areas without restricting movement. Bedrooms were tailored to suit family needs, adapting over time to provide elegant, personalised sanctuaries.

Reflective surfaces, soft glam details, and crystal accents amplify natural light, creating an inviting resort-like atmosphere. The chosen furniture from brands like Laskasas and Desiree complements the design’s luxurious yet approachable appeal.
The landscape design at Casa del Sol was conceived to harmonise with the villa’s open, light-filled interiors. Lush green spaces, travertine pathways, and natural stone elements establish a tropical ambiance that frames breathtaking sea views.

The landscaping around the villa incorporates shaded seating areas, a temperature-controlled infinity pool, and native plants that offer both beauty and functionality. Designed as an extension of the living spaces, the landscape invites residents to relax and entertain in an oasis-like setting.
